Category Archives: Host PlantsFor those who don’t know or who are not living in the Houston area, we are having the coldest weather we’ve had in over 10 years. We’ve been having temperatures in the low 20’s which has just been devastating for many plants. We covered most of our fruit plants and have been bringing the milkweed... I haven’t had a chance to talk about what the effects were after the winter storm that came around last week. It actually got our plants pretty good. We’re just leaving everything as it is since the cold isn’t over and perhaps those dead branches can help protect the non-frozen parts. Now this is exciting news!
