Houston, we have a problem. The Eastern Bluebirds have begun building a nest. The problem is that they are building it in a house not meant for Bluebirds. Should I remove this house before they complete the nest, or just let them continue to build?
Notice the house below. That’s where it appears they are beginning to build a nest.
Compare the above house, to a house made specifically for Bluebirds (where the male was examining).
