Well it’s day two for the Purple Martin babies, and one of the eggs still has not hatched (and I’m guessing it won’t).

While checking the nests, a House Sparrow built another nest (I removed it just yesterday). While removing the Sparrow nest, an egg dropped out. I’m hoping the Sparrows will realize they aren’t welcome in the Martin house and choose another location.
