The following pictures aren’t that great, but they are rather interesting.
For the first time I’ve ever seen, we had several Cedar Waxwing birds in the trees behind the backyard. What was really interesting, is that two of the birds, kept exchanging a seed back and forth.
I was using my 300 f2.8 lens with the 2x teleconverter for these shots.

In this next picture there are lots of twigs blocking a clear view, but you can see the two Cedar Waxwings exchanging a seed.

I’m not sure if this is some kind of mating behavior, two birds having fun, or something else, but it was fun to watch. These birds would even fly to other branches, then continue exchanging a seed back and forth.
