Ruby Throated Hummingbirds to be exact. I’m still guessing around 2-3 females and 1-2 males. Both the males and females are always fighting for territory.
One thing I have done different this season compared to last, is to expand the range of where I put the feeders. This particular one is located by the vegetable garden. It’s a female.
This is likely the same bird, but she had backed off the feeder for just a moment.
This particular Female Ruby Throated Hummingbird decided to stop feeding and instead rest on the pole that holds the nectar feeders.
Last, but not least is a Male Ruby Throated Hummingbird Getting Ready to feed.
