Got something a little different tonight to share. I was watching my Birdcam tonight and as expected a Raccoon showed up. However, this isn’t the normal Raccoon that I see, this one appears smaller.
If you look at this first video, look how the Raccoon uses its hands to eat and find seed. Also compare the size of the body and head when looking at the second video. I’m guessing that in the first video is “Momma” and the second video is of “Baby”.
In the second video, notice how this Raccoon doesn’t use its hands to eat, it just sticks its nose down there and starts eating. He/She also appears much more skittish than the adult Raccoon in the previous video.
