Finally the sun came out over the last few days. That gave me the opportunity to dust off the camera and take some pictures. What I didn’t really expect was to get some pictures of birds I have never seen before, at least not in my backyard.
First up, the House Finch. If I am not mistaken, this is a male, and he looks pretty old to me. That beak looks like it has been used quite a bit.
